Here is Alfies' origami peacock. I think you'd agree it's amazing! We'd love to see your origami creations....

Tardu in Mrs Kings class has been very busy with paper folding.

Hi Ava has been very busy, making her own lego constructions, reading lots of books, making her own slime and craft making.

Alfie taught himself how to make these God’s eyes by watching a YouTube video. He’s now caught the weaving bug and has started work on a bigger project.

If you'd like to have a go at these this is a video to help you

Mylee’s lego boat was able to float and held a treasure of 6 coins.

Lucia made a junk model of a pirate ship.

Mefin made his pirate boat out of cuboid boxes and sticks. It certainly looks very strong. He also made a lego boat that held 56 coins.

Thomas and his sister have been busy making a volcano during half term. It looks amazing fun!

We found another grass snake, he wasn't as big as some we have found, but he was very wriggly. After the photo daddy climbed onto the mountain and set him free”.....Oscar

Kaitlyn has loved pirate week and has been making a boat and telescope. She was able to make a boat that floated and held a treasure of coins.

“It took 237 coins to sink my pirate ship. I weighed my 237 coins in the weighing scales and they weighed 1020 grams. I do not have any LEGO instead I used the boat I built out of junk.

Dillon and her family slept out in a tent she had made and watched the international space station.

She also made a special place for insects to live. A fantastic bug hotel.

Dillon used her telescope to find a treasure chest and was able to write a description of things she saw in the telescope.

Will has enjoyed the school holidays and the beautiful weather too. We've had a few barbecues and plenty of hours spent in the pool.
Will has been watching his garden grow, watering his plants he planted in April. Will also enjoys playing with his football at Hopkinstown Cricket Field.

You have definitely kept yourself busy in the half term Will! You have done wonderful things with your family and the pool looks so inviting 😍😍
